This policy covers beldinginsurance.com. It does not cover information you give us over the phone, by email, or in the course of an existing client relationship, which is handled under our normal business and regulatory obligations.

What we collect

When you use the contact form. We collect the first name, last name, email address, company name, subject and message you enter. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers the message to our inbox. We ask only for what we need to reply to you. Please do not send medical information, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through this form.

When you browse the site. Our analytics and advertising tools record the pages you visit, roughly where you are in the world, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived, for example from a search engine or an ad. This is tied to a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser, not to your name.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not take payments on this site.

The tools we use

• Google Analytics 4. Tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and which channels bring them. It sets cookies in your browser.
• Meta Pixel. Lets us measure whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising is working, and show ads to people who have visited this site.
• Web3Forms. Delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Fonts. Supplies the typefaces used here. Loading them sends your IP address to Google.
• Netlify. Hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

Each of these receives information under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed above and our own team.

How long we keep things

Contact form messages stay in our email records as long as they are useful, in line with our normal record keeping. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the default settings of the tools above.

Your choices

• Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
• Google offers an opt-out for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• You can control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
• Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

Children

This site is for employers and business owners. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change how any of this works we will update this page and the date at the top.
